| I want to thank all the volunteers and the participants of the Nosework Trials for the priviledge of being able to watch and shoot the trials. Everyone was incredibly helpful and it was tremendous fun. THANK YOU! |

* UPDATE * Based on the comments and email that I have received so far, it appears that the majority of participants would prefer to be able to purchase digital file copies in smaller sizes and/or resolutions at prices lower than those of prints. I understand the need for lower cost digital alternatives and will be offering reduced resolution digital images shortly. With direct digital delivery requiring less overhead than dealing with prints, I am also working on a new pricing model with lower prices for the reduced resolution digital files. I expect to have complete size and price information available on this page by Sunday 01/22. I am also reworking my order forms, and expect to have new forms available for download on Sunday as well. |

The images are arranged for the most part by the group and order in which they were shot. Including candids and awards, there are over 500 images of the 48 competitors and the volunteers. I have placed them in 6 seperate pages. The first 4 pages comprise one group each of the 4 competitor groups. The last 2 pages contains the candids and the awards photos. |

| *My goal as a photographer is to present my subjects in the best way possible. In this event the subjects were the dogs. So, I tried to shoot and edit the images in such a way as to make the dogs stand out. In many cases, a dark coated dog was in the shadow of a vehicle, or in front of the dark blue car when the clouds covered the sun. I increased the exposure to compensate for my subjects, and that may result in the handlers or the backgrounds appearing overly bright. I've tried to achieve a reasonable balance, but exposing for the dogs was my priority. | |
| **I will be more than glad to make "minor" adjustments like brightness, contrast level, or cropping, to the images if an 8x10 is ordered or several copies of a smaller size are ordered. I want everyone who orders a print to be fully satisfied. More major adjustments are also possible, but will require an additional fee, based on the amount of time and effort required. Please note any adjustment desired when ordering, either in the order form or by email. |
